Maayan Voss de Bettancourt as Mary
Maayan Voss de Bettancourt is a cross-discipline performer, specializing in voiceover, opera, and film acting. She grew up obsessed with animation, acting, and music, and spent much of her tween and teen years singing, acting, and playing in school band and musical theater pit orchestras. Her first real experience with VO was in college, when she voiced 5 different characters for an animation class at her school, including both sides of a toddler fight and a videogame-loving grandma. She is skilled in all types of VO -- commercial, promo, legal, audiobooks, you name it -- but her passion is in animation and narrative scripted audio productions. Really any VO that tells a story where she can stretch her acting chops.
You can find her in Berlin this summer singing Third Lady in Mozart's The Magic Flute and Zita in Puccini's Gianni Schicchi. When not traveling, you can find her in her converted-closet home booth in Brooklyn for the majority of any given day.
